General Terms and Conditions

Golf Predictor will provide a comprehensive statistics analyser and prediction service for its members for LIV, US and European PGA Tour events.
Every effort will be made weekly to update these statistics with new results from the previous week and field statistics for the following week. The field statistics for the next week's event(s) should be available by 10pm GMT the Tuesday before the tournament.
Some situations are beyond Golf Predictor's control. Occasionally, tournaments finish late due to weather delays or the latest statistics are occasionally late in becoming available. In such cases, the system will be updated as soon as possible.
There may be weeks where this free service is unavailable, due to personal circumstances. If such cases arise, the results for those weeks will be entered as soon as possible. The prediction stats for those weeks may be produced retroactively, if possible.
Members are entitled to use the system as often as they see fit, within reasonable limits.
Golf Predictor is in no way liable for any financial losses you may accrue while using the system. Members are provided with comprehensive statistics which they use at their own risk when gambling or for any other purpose.
Members are strictly forbidden to share their account details with any other party.
Members are strictly forbidden from continuously registering under different usernames.
Members pledge to use Golf Predictor in a fair and reasonable manner and not indulge in underhand or fraudulent activity of any kind.
Any member found in breach of the preceding three rules shall be immediately barred from Golf Predictor and any account balance will be forfeited. In addition, legal proceedings may be taken, depending on the nature of the activity.
The prediction engine results are copyrighted by Golf Predictor. Members may freely use these results for private purposes only, such as betting or fantasy golf/DFS competitions.
Members are not allowed to use the prediction engine results or statistics for any commercial, business or public use without prior written permission and/or licensing from Golf Predictor.
Members are strictly forbidden from copying the information available on the Golf Predictor web site to any location or medium for public dissemination without prior written permission and/or licensing from Golf Predictor. Any such attempt will be subject to a compensation payment of an amount agreeable to Golf Predictor.
Members pledge not to use the statistical analysis provided by Golf Predictor to reverse engineer and/or clone the Golf Predictor web site. Any such attempt will be subject to a compensation payment of an amount agreeable to Golf Predictor.
Any member found in breach of the preceding three rules may be immediately barred from Golf Predictor. In this case, any account balance will be forfeited.
Golf Predictor donations are much appreciated, but are non-refundable, unless the issue has been caused by Golf Predictor.
Your Golf Predictor donation period will run contiguously from the signing up date to the renewal date. You will not be able to suspend your donation period and re-activate it at a future date.
Golf Predictor reserves the right to add additional conditions in the future to combat any unforeseen underhand or fraudulent activity.
